AI Use & Responsible AI Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective 29 October 2026 · Last updated 29 October 2026
1. Where we use AI
The Academy uses AI to power the AI Tutor, generate study notes and worksheets, give feedback, and assist with grading against published rubrics. The AI Tutor may show the course sources it drew on so you can check them.
2. Limitations
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated or biased. Check important information against course materials and reliable sources.
- The AI Tutor is an automated system, not a human instructor or an accredited teacher, unless a person is explicitly identified.
- It does not give professional legal, medical, financial, tax or investment advice.
3. Human oversight
AI-assisted grades and feedback may be reviewed, moderated or overridden by authorised faculty. Certificate issuance follows the programme’s completion rules, not an AI judgement alone.
4. Your data
Questions and submissions are sent to AI model providers only to produce responses, feedback or assessment. Avoid entering confidential or sensitive personal information. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Using AI responsibly
Use AI to learn, not to avoid learning. Be transparent about AI assistance, respect others’ rights and privacy, and do not create harmful, deceptive or unlawful content.
6. Prohibited use
Do not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak or exploit the AI Tutor or grading system — for example to reveal answers, bypass assessment requirements or obtain marks you have not earned. This is treated as misconduct under our Academic Integrity & Assessment Policy.
7. Reporting concerns
If an AI response seems harmful, inaccurate or unfair, email info@platinumaihub.com.
